Terms and Conditions IDTCards.com is a trading name for Global Telecoms, who have been online suppliers or pre paid international phone cards and calling cards since 2002. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time; changes may be made without prior notice and will be effective immediately upon posting of a new version on the web site. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed, and interpreted, in accordance with English Law and English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. Order Acceptance Policy We reserve the right to refuse any orders placed by either our web site, telephone or by mail order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. For security reasons we do not keep your debit/credit card details on our databases. Because of this we will need to take these for each order. You agree to provide us with a correct and functioning email address (only required for pins that are emailed). Delivery of the product(s) is completed when our system sends the email(s) containing the phone card information to you. At your request (by email, or by fax/phone) we will resend the same email to you at the same email address. We may ask for information that helps us identify yourself as the originator of the order. Payment terms We accept most debit and credit cards as displayed on the front page of our web site. Transactions made by debit or credit card are processed via our payment partner Worldpay using a Secure Server Link (certified SSL encryption) connection. Your debit or credit card will need to be approved before we supply you with any products. You should be careful to input the correct information during the payment process, as incorrect information may cause delays to your order or refusal of your payment. All orders will be processed through our fraud detections systems. Additional status checks may be carried out if we have any reason to doubt the authenticity of the card holder. We may also require additional information from you before processing or accepting any order. We also accept UK Sterling cheques. An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent to you upon receipt of your cheque. Your order will be processed once funds clear approximately 5 working days later. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges (if any) as noted on your order form. In the event that a payment is withheld by you after we supply you with a product we reserve the right to take the necessary steps to recover payment from you. Personal details You agree that any information you provide for us is will be true, accurate, current and correct. You agree that the debit or credit card that you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any purchases that you make. You agree to provide us with any information we may require to confirm your order. This may mean supplying us with a valid landline and / or other information as required. Telephone calls may be recorded. Product Reliability We are resellers to end user customers. If you have any problem with a phone card / calling card, you must contact the Customer Service Department of each card. If the problem persists please contact us. Unless otherwise stated, cards are non-refundable and expire 3 months from date of first use or on the expiration date printed on the card, whichever occurs first. No refund or replacement is provided for lost, stolen or expired cards or unauthorized use. Cancellation Policy You have the right to cancel an order up to 7 days after your purchase. If however you chose to use your phone card you lose this right. Accessing the PIN number constitutes use of your card and we cannot cancel your order in this situation. Refunds may only be made where a product does not work correctly and the telecom company providing the service is unable to correct the fault. We reserve the right to provide you with a replacement and to charge you for any calls prior to the fault developing. Calling rates and accuracy of information on our web site. We attempt to ensure that the information available on our web site. at any one time is accurate. However some of this information may be out of date. Most service providers of phone cards reserve the right to change their rates without prior notice. Once we are informed of rate changes we will update our site accordingly. We suggest that if you want the exact latest rates, then you should check these with the customer services number for the phone card which you are ordering, before placing the order. Rates may be rounded to the nearest minute depending upon denomination and service provider. We do not accept liability for any errors or/and omissions, and reserve the right to change specifications, information and descriptions of listed products.
